AMDATEX PREPARES FOR MILLENNIAL WORKFORCE SHIFT

MANILA, PHILIPPINES (22 September 2016) – A recent study by SAP revealed that by 2020, up to 50% of the workforce will be Millennials. As early as now, 78% of the workforce at AMDATEX belongs to this category born in 1980-1994.

“They are here now. We are calibrating our people management efforts to ensure that the needs of our growing workforce are being addressed,” AMDATEX CFO Carol S. Esguerra said.

Ms. Esguerra further explained that successfully capitalizing on this human asset requires identifying and taking advantage of the millennial ethos—being tech-oriented, social, liberal, progressive, diverse and business-oriented. As these young professionals are at the forefront of AMDATEX’s services, they have the potential to make a huge impact on society and industry.
